Treasury Analyst (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid ways of working are offered.

Salary: $63,000–$99,000/year base pay; expected OTE of $70,000–$110,000/year including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Maintain, update, and monitor SOX compliance documentation, including process narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide documentation during audits.
• Support daily cash management, including cash positioning, forecasting, reporting, wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash disbursements.
• Maintain banking relationships, support bank account and service administration, analyze bank fees, and optimize banking services.
• Assist with Treasury Management System implementation, including data migration, configuration, testing, training, and user documentation.
• Maintain bank portals and the TMS, support inter-company funding and settlements, provide analytical support for treasury projects, and keep accurate transaction records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
• Basic understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems and bank portals.
• Knowledge of cash management and banking practices.
• Previous experience in system implementation projects.
