Supervisor, Supply Chain (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Order Entry teams, managing orders, enquiries, escalations, and service requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, service levels, team effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Support ERP system development, transformation projects, and the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation for workflows, reporting, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to maintain continuity of supply.
• Monitor supply chain metrics, manage inventory and stock control, use data for operational decisions, and lead performance improvement projects.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong customer service background and focus on excellent customer outcomes.
• Experience with ERP systems and system implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, and inventory accuracy processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused problem-solving approach.
• Experience using data to drive operational performance and decision making.

Nice to have

• Power BI or other reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
