Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and controllership activities.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner with business leaders on operational and financial decision-making.
• Monitor actual results against forecasts and budgets and provide insights.
• Support public-company compliance, internal controls, and SOX-related processes.
• Guide accounting staff, improve processes, and collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong accounting and controllership background.
• Experience managing financial close and reporting processes.
• Experience in a public-company environment and familiarity with SOX controls.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate hands-on.
• Strong communication and business-partnering skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building forecasts, budgets, or financial analyses.
• CPA certification.
• Experience using SAP.
• Big Four background.
