Analytics & Reporting Lead - Technology, Data & Analytics (SAP)

Location: Remote in the United States; 100% remote work permitted. The role is associated with an office in Arlington, Virginia.

Salary: $173,000–$262,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and implement analytics tools for SAP, including Standard Reporting, Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Lead an analytics team in designing analytics solutions and build pipelines to data lakes and data warehouses.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyze information and applications, propose solutions, and execute selected technology solutions.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, training, and support of SAP reporting and analytics solutions for onshore and offshore teams.
• Advise QA on test plans, test cases, and automation; review training, product, and solution documentation.
• Provide training and support internal teams, the help desk, and business users with technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, followed by 7 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau reporting applications.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW.
• At least 5 years of experience with data analysis, SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• At least 5 years of experience leading standardized methodologies and best practices across SAP Analytics applications and related platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience with Tableau for data integration, modeling, and reporting.
• At least 5 years of experience developing analytical solutions for SAP modules including OTC, PTP, and RTR.
• At least 5 years of experience setting up reporting environments, including architecture, user management, security setup, and content management.
