Senior Project and Office Manager (iGaming)

Location: Onsite in Sydney, Australia — 55 Lime St, Ste 303.

Light & Wonder operates a global iGaming business delivering gaming content and software for online gaming providers.

What you will do

• Coordinate production projects through scheduling, meeting logistics, cross-team communication, and roadmap visibility.
• Align regularly with the Pune team on game delivery and management.
• Run day-to-day studio operations, including facilities, vendors, office needs, workspace layout, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstations, access, seating, and studio orientation.
• Plan studio events, team offsites, milestone celebrations, visitor schedules, travel, and studio calendars.
• Support operational budgets, procurement, expense processing, health and safety, compliance, workplace policy, and day-to-day workplace issue resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management, studio operations, or a similar operational role, ideally in games, technology, or a creative studio environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with developers, artists, leadership, and vendors.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Proficiency with office and productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with a game development, digital entertainment, or iGaming studio.
• Familiarity with AI software.
