Onboarding Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for large dealer groups and OEMs from kickoff through go-live and handover to Customer Success.
• Build project plans covering milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate pilots, phased rollouts, and group-wide deployments across multiple dealerships, brands, and locations.
• Act as the primary project contact for executives, head-office stakeholders, dealership management, and third-party providers.
• Coordinate integrations, AI configuration, testing, training, location-level readiness, and go-live milestones with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, Integrations, and CX teams.
• Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks, maintain project documentation, and build repeatable templates and processes for enterprise onboarding.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or enterprise customer onboarding.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, locations, or business units.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with dealership groups, OEMs, or automotive technology providers.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise technology solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, third-party integrations, AI products, or customer communication platforms.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations involving multiple external vendors.
• Experience managing phased rollouts across geographically dispersed locations.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile qualifications.
