Iteration Manager Business Analyst

What you will do

• Manage initiatives across initiation, analysis, planning, delivery control, change management, reporting and closure.
• Prepare and maintain scopes, objectives, schedules, risks, dependencies and resource plans.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement, including epics, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Track delivery using Agile and hybrid approaches, including backlog, sprint and release planning where appropriate.
• Manage priorities, risks, budgets, vendors and cross-functional dependencies while reporting on progress and supporting business cases and benefits realisation.
• Support testing, user acceptance and go-live readiness, and identify improvements to delivery practices and ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Iteration Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or in a similar technology delivery role.
• Ability to manage initiatives across scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management.
• Strong requirements management skills covering business requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience tracking budgets and reporting on delivery progress.
• Permanent full-time work in a hybrid arrangement based at the Sydney office is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planner, Power BI or similar tools.
• Exposure to automation, data and analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, SAFe or CBAP.
