Project Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and documentation.
• Coordinate development, product, design, marketing, sales enablement, commercial, customer success, and senior business stakeholders.
• Facilitate working group and steering group meetings, preparing purposeful agendas and materials.
• Communicate project status and concise reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, internal and third-party resources, accountability, and business readiness for go-to-market activities.
• Follow governance processes and maintain required project management plans, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing technology and software projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives.
• Solid understanding of software development, technical concepts, technology, and digital systems.
• Understanding of product development and internal processes, including Design, UX/UI, and back-end development.
• Experience with JIRA and Moqups.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and coordinating teams to produce controlled, meaningful outcomes.
• Exposure to change management.
• Solution-driven, critical-thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with different personality types, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute as a performance-driven team player.
