3DExperience Project Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the business-side implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE Product Lifecycle Management solution for Completion activities as the primary business owner and decision-maker.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams with the IT Project Manager and align the solution with operational processes and strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Business Experts while facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, process reviews, and stakeholder decisions.
• Define, analyze, and optimize business processes for PLM deployment and long-term adoption.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and oversee business testing, UAT, readiness assessments, and deployment preparation.
• Drive communication, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement across Completion operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of experience with PLM systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Proven experience delivering PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE and PLM implementation, with strong project management skills using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent French required and strong spoken and written English communication skills.
