Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and improve data models, architecture, and analytics solutions supporting evolving products.
• Design and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines with strong data quality, performance, and scalability.
• Define metrics and data requirements for product performance, feature adoption, customer behavior, and business impact.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and data quality processes for product health and reliability.
• Make independent architectural decisions and use AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor to improve workflows and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, product analytics, or a closely related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical systems.
• Experience designing data solutions and making architectural decisions, ideally in a product-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and reliable, scalable data systems.
• Product-oriented mindset with attention to product performance and business value.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems, make independent decisions, and drive projects from idea to implementation.
• Active use of AI tools and genuine curiosity about applying AI to development, analytics, and everyday workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with continuously changing products, priorities, and requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Snowflake, dbt, or similar data technologies.
• Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, or customer-facing analytics.
• Experience with product monitoring, data quality, or performance optimization.
