Senior Data Engineer – Data Architecture & Agentic AI

What you will do

• Own and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ingestion, transformations, and data infrastructure using Snowflake, dbt, and Rivery.
• Build and maintain semantic and business context layers for structured, trustworthy, and AI-ready data.
• Establish data lineage, taxonomy, metadata management, documentation, and data quality standards.
• Design and deploy AI agents for pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, data quality, documentation, and dbt development.
• Enable analytics agents to discover, understand, and reliably consume company data through Brain AI integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience with end-to-end pipeline ownership.
• Advanced dbt, Snowflake, SQL, and Python skills.
• Experience with semantic layers and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Strong data architecture, governance, and automation skills.
• Experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong collaboration skills, the ability to work independently, and full ownership of domain initiatives.
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and best practices and independently adapting them to organizational needs.
