EOS Maintenance Training & Capability Lead (SAP EAM)

Salary: $99,790.85–$135,011.15 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the SAP EAM adoption and capability-building strategy across maintenance, calibration, planning, scheduling, and site leadership communities.
• Translate Maximo-to-SAP EAM process changes into role-based learning journeys, job aids, readiness materials, and manager discussion guides.
• Partner with process owners, product owners, site managers, training teams, change agents, and deployment stakeholders to align learning with approved future-state processes.
• Build and manage the site change-agent network, including feedback loops, adoption risks, readiness scorecards, and reinforcement activities.
• Coordinate training delivery, simulations, knowledge checks, post-go-live support, office hours, refresher training, FAQs, and continuous improvement inputs.
• Evaluate AV and TQ strategies, support technician qualification, and lead LMS integration aspects with SAP and work-center capabilities.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree and 2 years of training experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of training experience; or an associate’s degree and 8 years of training experience; or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of training experience.
