2027 Summer Intern - Commercial Real Estate

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; work arrangement details, including on-site and remote proportions, will be discussed during the interview.

Salary: Expected rate of $25.00 per hour for the State of Illinois market, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Assist with early talent program coordination, including leader connect sessions, peer networking events, and professional development workshops.
• Coordinate with the early talent team on ad hoc projects throughout the program.
• Collect feedback, track participation, and compile program data to support continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with HR and cross-functional teams to support projects across the bank.
• Develop technical, analytical, communication, and professional skills through assignments, training, mentorship, and networking.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
