Senior HR Generalist, Onboarding and L&D

What you will do

• Own and scale onboarding so new hires integrate quickly and become effective.
• Partner with leaders to create department-specific onboarding programs that accelerate employee development and performance.
• Build and lead learning and development programs that strengthen employee capabilities and manager effectiveness.
• Identify organizational skill gaps and develop practical training and development opportunities.
• Create scalable tools, resources, and programs supporting employee growth and key People initiatives.
• Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve the employee experience as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience building and scaling onboarding or employee development programs.
• Ability to create programs from the ground up and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive results.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging, practical learning experiences.
• Data-driven approach focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Ownership, urgency, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
