National Trainer - Field (Automotive)

Location: Remote, USA; requires 100% travel, including flying and extended driving, with periodic weekend travel or work requests. Travel may include North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Consult with customers, install hirify.global solutions, and train users virtually and on-site across retail automotive workflows such as parts, service, accounting, and sales.
• Assess customer business needs, recommend suitable functionality and configuration, and verify setup configurations and conversion data.
• Lead status meetings with customer stakeholders, resolve workflow incompatibilities and functionality gaps, and finalize action plans for open issues.
• Support work-in-process activities, client go-live readiness, training objectives, and trainee progress tracking.
• Apply adult learning theory and facilitation skills to adapt training delivery and manage individual and group dynamics.
• Document project status through trip reports and trainee records, mentor associates, and support project milestones and customer experience.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 100% of the time, including flying and extended driving.
• Availability for periodic weekend travel and/or work requests.
• Flexibility to work under non-standard conditions, including standing and walking.
• At least 2 years of retail automotive experience, including required retail automotive management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Valid passport for travel to North America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to rent a car.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
