Senior Product Designers (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible under company policies.

What you will do

• Lead user-centered product design by conducting research, creating personas, integrating feedback, and developing intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into user-friendly strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and designs for web and mobile-native applications.
• Create, maintain, and scale reusable design systems across products.
• Mentor designers, lead design reviews, and provide constructive feedback supporting high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate design decisions, iterate through usability testing and feedback, and improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field and three years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree and one year of experience with the listed skills.
• Experience using Figma to produce designs and manage design systems.
• Experience with FigJam, Miro, Jira, UserTesting.com, and User Interviews.
• Experience planning and conducting moderated and unmoderated user research studies.
• Experience presenting product design, including the design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on end users; advanced degree design experience may also qualify.
• Experience designing software applications within a financial industry context and applying industry-standard design tools and UX/UI principles.
• Experience designing devices, including web and mobile-native applications, using a design system.
