Senior Product Designer (Crypto/Fintech)

What you will do

• Design the OTC and spot trading platform end to end, including UX flows, execution screens, and position management.
• Design client-facing trading, asset management, custody, dashboard, settlement, reporting, and onboarding experiences.
• Build scalable design systems with components, tokens, and patterns that engineering can use directly.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to bring client feedback into product decisions.
• Work directly with the Product Manager and engineering, incorporating technical constraints from the beginning.

Requirements

• Experience designing or collaborating on a trading platform in OTC, spot, crypto, FX, or equities, with an understanding of execution speed, data density, and zero-error tolerance.
• Senior-level mastery of Figma, including auto-layout, variants, component libraries, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience structuring Figma files so engineers can build directly from them.
• Ability to design clear interfaces for institutional clients, portfolio managers, treasury desks, and compliance officers working with dense data and high-stakes workflows.
• Strong product instinct, including questioning briefs and identifying when a design issue is actually a product issue.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, understand constraints, communicate in engineering terms, and design with implementation in mind.
• A portfolio showing trading platform work is required.
