Process Mining & Process Improvement Internship

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. On-site role; candidates must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain and eligible to sign an internship agreement.

hirify.global is a global technology company whose WW Field Process Team improves the visibility, consistency, and performance of end-to-end processes used by Field Technicians.

What you will do

• Use Process Mining tools and event-log data to map and analyze end-to-end process flows.
• Identify deviations, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain Process Mining analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and alerts for proactive monitoring.
• Work with process owners and cross-functional teams to validate insights, prioritize improvements, and track implemented actions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university in Spain in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and remain enrolled until the end of the internship.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a university.
• Foundational understanding of Process Mining, including event logs, process discovery, conformance checking, and root-cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to turn complex findings into practical recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Available to start in February 2027 and continue until June–July 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celonis, Signavio, or a comparable Process Mining platform.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies.
