Manager, Platform Services Project Management (Remote) (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $140,000–$195,000 per year for U.S. candidates, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, train, staff, and performance-manage a team of project managers.
• Oversee customer deployment projects and ensure efficient use of delivery resources, on-time delivery, budget adherence, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions into existing security frameworks.
• Report on PMO KPIs and present performance findings to executive leadership.
• Apply delivery methodology and project standards while aligning PMO practices with the company’s risk management strategy.
• Develop and implement the Platform Services delivery methodology and related process initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Strong proficiency with project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including spreadsheet and project management tool use, information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to elicit collaboration from upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to shifting priorities, demands, timelines, and project adjustments.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a management discipline.
• Project Management Institute PMP certification or equivalent.
