Sr. Manager, Process Improvement (Remote)

Location: Remote from a home office in the United States; travel within the U.S. is required up to 2 times per year for in-person meetings, with possible additional travel for conferences and events.

Salary: $109,000–$129,700 per year.

What you will do

• Design and improve end-to-end processes across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education & Research, and Finance, including lead routing, stage definitions, and handoffs.
• Own enterprise systems, information architecture, workflows, automations, process roadmaps, change requests, and tool adoption.
• Maintain trustworthy pipeline, forecast, attribution, reporting, and business intelligence requirements in partnership with Finance and Technology.
• Build change management plans covering stakeholder impact, communications, training, adoption risks, resistance, and organizational-change effects.
• Define project governance, status-reporting cadence, scorecards, milestone tracking, risk registers, and escalation paths.
• Facilitate steering committee and Executive Team touchpoints and present status to executive and board audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Operations in a leadership capacity, with accountability for process development.
• Experience translating business requirements into system and process design.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform and the ability to define and validate metrics and reporting logic.
• Change management experience with strong written communication and the ability to adjust tone and detail for different audiences.
• Comfort handling sensitive change contexts, including reorganizations and workflow disruption.
• Experience running multi-workstream projects and programs and familiarity with formal governance frameworks, including steering committees, RACI, and escalation structures.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S., including airline travel, up to 2 times per year, with possible additional travel approximately 2–3 times annually.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DME or healthcare sales processes.
• Change management experience in a healthcare or regulated environment, including HIPAA-aware communications.
• Program governance experience in a regulated environment, including FDA, HIPAA, or Joint Commission requirements.
