Structured Products Manager (Securitized Products)

Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States; travel as needed.

What you will do

• Coordinate the creation and delivery of Agreed Upon Procedures reports with associates, managers, partners, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop proficiency in AUP product lines including tape to file, circle ups, cashflow modeling, and payment date reporting.
• Create and manage project data rooms, document procedures and workflows, and identify process improvements.
• Train and coach new and junior team members while communicating across organizational levels.
• Support client proposals, manage firm risk, meet targeted billing hours, and deliver other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of related experience in a similar consulting practice, financial services organization, or function servicing securitized and structured products valuations, including relevant buy-side or sell-side experience.
• A related professional license or certification.
• Strong technical understanding of one or more asset classes including RMBS, ABS, CLO, or similar securitized and structured products.
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as offering memoranda, franchise agreements, loan agreements, and funding memoranda.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, attention-to-detail, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask across simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Master’s degree.
• Prior relevant consulting experience.
• Cashflow or waterfall modeling experience.
• Buy-side or sell-side experience.
