Associate (Private Secondaries)

What you will do

• Support the execution and closing of quarterly auctions, LP-led sales, GP-led liquidity events, and strategic platform transactions.
• Coordinate Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Technology, fund managers, custodians, transfer agents, and other external partners.
• Design and improve workflows, controls, and operating procedures to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Enhance the infrastructure and operating model supporting the Private Secondaries Group platform.
• Drive strategic initiatives, automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Support senior leadership in evaluating new processes, capabilities, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in operations, transaction management, middle office, or deal execution within wealth management, asset management, or private investing.
• Experience managing complex operational workflows, deal closings, or settlement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge deal teams and support teams.
• Strong project management skills, an efficiency-focused mindset, and the ability to balance complex timelines.
• High attention to detail, strong risk awareness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across global functions.
