US People Operations Generalist (AI)

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work environment with attendance in the office 3+ days per week.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a generalist and first point of contact for US People Operations matters across employees, managers, and other teams.
• Support performance and compensation cycles, open enrollment, equity grants, engagement surveys, and related communications and execution.
• Administer benefits, respond to employee inquiries, maintain updates, liaise with providers, and educate employees on available options.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility and transfers, employee documentation, and audit-related processes.
• Improve People Operations processes, systems, and standards using AI to make operations efficient, consistent, and user-friendly.
• Oversee US mobility and immigration policy, coordinate with employees, leadership, and outside counsel, and support engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in an HR generalist, People Operations, or similar role.
• Experience with US immigration, US benefits, employee analytics and reporting, employee experience programs, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
• Strong project management skills, including scoping, sequencing, and delivering programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using AI to improve the efficiency and human-centricity of People Operations.
• Ability to support all areas of US People Operations, manage open-ended projects from idea through rollout, and use feedback and data to improve workplace experience.
