AI-Enabled Fullstack Developer

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week at the client's office required. Candidates must live in or near Kraków.

Rate: 125–150 PLN/h on a B2B basis, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Use GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Design, test, and optimize solutions using Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing applications.
• Contribute to application architecture and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.

Requirements

• Around 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot; Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing and developing modern web applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Fluent English.
• Polish or EU citizenship, or permanent residence or a work permit valid for at least 12 months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sybase.
• Experience with collateral or margin management in financial services.

Hiring process

• One interview with the IT services partner followed by 1–3 interviews with the bank.
• Technical tasks are completed live; the programming environment must be set up and tested in advance, and AI tools, coding assistants, and code generators are not allowed during interviews.
• Background checks cover identity, right to work, education, and employment history. Application and CV names must match the official ID; candidates who participated in the partner's or bank's recruitment process within the last 12 months are not eligible.
