Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Python/Java)

Location: Contractors based in Poland

Rate: 135–170 PLN/hour on a B2B service agreement

What you will do

• Develop Flix’s contact center applications, including scalable agent-facing interfaces and automation.
• Conduct discovery to identify efficient and effective workflows.
• Deliver solutions for a defined product portfolio and contribute to business objectives.
• Design and develop user-focused solutions based on product requirements and user needs.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan and execute development work.
• Make technical decisions and promote technical excellence and consistency across solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a focus on architecture, system design, and legacy product migration.
• Extensive experience with Python and its ecosystem for developing new products.
• Solid knowledge of Java for maintaining and further developing existing products.
• Strong focus on quality assurance practices and technical standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and different test runners.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies in planning and executing development work.
