Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET, React & AI)

What you will do

• Lead delivery of an AI-native Reporting Service for creating, managing, and executing PDF reporting templates with dynamic data binding and token replacement.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and actionable development plans.
• Orchestrate AI-driven delivery by guiding autonomous development agents and reviewing AI-generated code, designs, tests, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure flexible templates, reusable reporting components, and integrations with data sources and downstream systems.
• Establish engineering, quality, documentation, and governance practices while collaborating with product owners, architects, domain experts, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on .NET experience and 3+ years of React or a comparable modern frontend framework experience.
• Experience building configurable and data-driven user interfaces.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices, design patterns, and extensible frontend architectures.
• Experience transforming purpose-built applications into generic, configuration-driven, and data-driven frontend solutions.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including the ability to align frontend and backend teams around a common architectural vision.
• Advanced English.
