Technical Product Manager (Production Data Storage)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work setup with up to 2 remote days per week.

What you will do

• Own the two-year vision and product strategy for production data storage and data management.
• Define which datastore products to build or source, supporting the monolith and its surrounding service ecosystem.
• Lead the roadmap across PostgreSQL/Aurora, Kafka, Debezium, Couchbase, file storage, data access, and data lifecycle solutions.
• Drive reliability, recoverability, SLOs, alert ownership, backup and restore testing, and per-team cost visibility.
• Define production data management experiences for services outside the monolith and new AI product storage needs.
• Partner with Staff and Senior Staff Engineers to resolve architectural trade-offs and lead initiatives from discovery through rollout and impact follow-up.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership, work with developers, ritual leadership, and specification writing.
• Extensive experience with technical products and platforms, plus a passion for complex, large-scale infrastructure challenges.
• Ability to drive change across large engineering organizations and influence 600+ engineers across more than 70 teams.
• Proven experience building and launching products in a large-scale, international B2B environment while maintaining feature development speed.
• Fluency in English and French, with French at C1 level minimum.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to transform healthcare.
