IT Operations and Deployment Specialist

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid work setup with IT operations supporting teams in Munich, Berlin and Hamburg; up to 2 months per year of remote work.

What you will do

• Prepare Android devices, configure VPNs and networks, and troubleshoot connectivity at deployment sites.
• Coordinate ISPs and hardware vendors for delivery, installation and support across international markets.
• Track deployed devices and network hardware and build repeatable, documented deployment processes.
• Manage cloud access and deliver Infrastructure-as-Code changes for the platform.
• Run identity, device, hardware, SaaS licence, meeting-room AV and conferencing operations.
• Monitor SIEM, EDR and IdP systems and collect evidence for ISO 27001 certification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT operations, systems administration or IT support.
• Confidence configuring VPNs and troubleshooting networks, including at remote sites.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji or Intune.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Google Workspace, MS365 or Okta.
• Strong prioritisation skills and the judgement to work independently across multiple locations.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hardware or IoT deployments in the field.
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience, ideally with Terraform.
