2026 AI Enablement Trainer

Location: Remote, with regular travel to client sites and internal teams for in-person trainings; frequent trips may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver prepackaged AI Enablement trainings for technical and non-technical client teams, with sessions of up to 100 attendees.
• Run hands-on sessions with live demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical problems learners can apply to their work.
• Own prerequisites, environment setup, scheduling, logistics, and technical troubleshooting for client and internal trainings.
• Keep training content, exercises, sample applications, slide decks, and environments current as AI tools and practices evolve.
• Collect, analyze, and report training feedback; develop new formats and tracks and pilot content before standard release.
• Train and support consultants, create instructor playbooks, and co-deliver with new instructors until they can lead independently.

Requirements

• Track record of leading in-person, hands-on technical trainings and workshops for engineering, product, design, and QA audiences, adapting pace and depth during sessions.
• Experience delivering training to large enterprise client audiences in a professional setting.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted software delivery tools and techniques, including tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, software factories, and spec-driven development.
• Familiarity with the software delivery life cycle, including design, product, development, QA, and testing, and with how AI affects each stage.
• Experience building and maintaining curricula, exercises, sample applications, slide decks, and learner training environments.
• Ability to set up and support repositories, tooling, accounts, and prerequisites for groups of learners.
• Experience mentoring instructors, writing playbooks, or co-delivering training until others can lead independently.
• Strong organization for managing scheduling, logistics, materials, and feedback surveys with limited oversight.
• Patience and genuine enjoyment of helping people grow.
