Associate Curriculum Developer, Regional Training Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers, ensuring alignment with Training & Onboarding processes, SOPs, and expectations.
• Oversee onboarding and required learning paths for new hires in the region, ensuring timely progression and a consistent experience.
• Maintain and improve training content, incorporating regional insights and keeping materials aligned with current tools, workflows, and operational needs.
• Provide real-time training and system support within the region as part of a follow-the-sun model.
• Monitor training data and metrics, identify knowledge gaps and performance challenges, and propose targeted solutions.
• Coordinate regional training needs and maintain communication, documentation, Jira tickets, and training records with regional and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or related operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and drive accountability across distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills, including tracking training progression, monitoring metrics, and identifying improvement areas.
• Experience analyzing data to identify deficiencies, trends, or readiness gaps and articulate proposed solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and global teams.
• Working knowledge of a learning management system such as Docebo or an equivalent LMS platform.
• Experience with Jira or similar project or workflow management tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for improving employee onboarding, training experiences, and knowledge development, plus proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or editing training content using Articulate 360, Rise, or similar authoring tools.
• Experience delivering technical or cybersecurity-related training.
• Experience supporting global teams or working in a follow-the-sun operational model.
• Background in curriculum design, instructional design, or enablement strategy.
