Location: Paris, France; office-based in the 9th arrondissement, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Support chauffeur acquisition, retention, and day-to-day chauffeur management across the France Operations team.
• Turn operational data into actionable insights by root-causing issues, tracking initiatives, and identifying what is working.
• Prepare data pulls, dashboards, and analyses for the Operations and leadership teams.
• Represent hirify.global in day-to-day interactions with the chauffeur community.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top French grande école, école d’ingénieur, or university, in the final year or a gap year/césure.
• Comfortable working with data and eager to build hands-on SQL skills; prior SQL knowledge is not required.
• Structured thinker able to turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
• Clear communicator able to summarize complex points simply.
• Available for a 3- to 6-month internship.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris and able to work full-time in the office five days a week.
