Product Definition Analyst (Channel Manager)

Location: Hybrid; Nice, France, with other location listed as London Heathrow.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve test issues and customer inquiries, monitor test environments, and support alerting, stability, and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production Maintenance teams on investigations and communications related to high-impact incidents.
• Assess solution approaches, establish priorities with product and program stakeholders, and align customer needs with technical delivery schedules.
• Facilitate collaboration across Development, Certification, Implementation, End-to-End QA, and other cross-functional teams, including customer-facing meetings when required.
• Guide and mentor engineers, developers, business analysts, and quality engineers while supporting secure, scalable, high-performing, and reliable software solutions.
• Improve documentation, knowledge sharing, collaboration, operational efficiency, and the long-term evolution of the product and platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Production Maintenance or Test Maintenance environments.
• Proven experience with software architecture, software design, and complex enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Collaborative leadership approach with an interest in mentoring and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Hospitality industry experience.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, enterprise integrations, APIs, and REST services.
