International Business Development - Internship (Insurance)

What you will do

• Research target markets, industries, prospects, partners, competitors, insurance trends and relevant news.
• Prepare country, company and opportunity profiles, presentations, proposals, meeting briefs and follow-up materials.
• Support outreach campaigns, prospect and partner records, pipeline tracking, reports and requests for proposal.
• Maintain network-member, partner-capability and country-contact information.
• Support partner meetings, webinars and international events, including agendas, action lists, summaries and communications materials.
• Contribute to projects involving data, operations, marketing and strategic development while learning about commercial insurance, multinational programmes and international broking.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, international relations, risk management or a related field.
• Interest in international business, financial services, insurance or professional services.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in applying AI and automation.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn; clear and professional communicator.
• Organised, dependable, attentive to detail and comfortable with data and structured research.
• Collaborative, respectful and commercially interested in an international environment; creative and willing to take initiative.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Previous internship, student organisation or project experience.
• Additional languages.
