Client Solutions Internship - Benelux, February 2027 (Fintech)

What you will do

• Complete comprehensive training covering hirify.global solutions, clients, the financial industry, and client-facing and sales teams.
• Shadow account teams to learn about client types, client-facing groups, and the service model.
• Assist with client projects, new-user trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Support client engagement by phone and during on-site client visits.
• Build knowledge of financial markets and the client base through learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions.
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or fintech, a client-centric mindset, and willingness to collaborate across teams to create innovative solutions.
• Experience or interest in working in a client-facing support role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to learn and use new technology, with strong Microsoft Office knowledge and Excel skills.
• Current enrollment in a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with good academic standing.
• Fluency or business-level Dutch.
