D365 F&O Support Consultant (SCM)

Location: Remote; US Citizen or Green Card holder required

Base compensation: $62,466.25–$145,789.00 annually, with reference points at the 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles.

What you will do

• Provide post-implementation functional support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or earlier Microsoft Dynamics AX versions.
• Partner with implementation consulting teams to transition project delivery into ongoing client support.
• Investigate and resolve client issues and support continuous improvement of system performance, usability, and business processes.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, client, and internal stakeholders to diagnose issues, gather requirements, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop functional specifications, design documentation, support materials, and end-user documentation.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and other delivery tools to track and complete support and enhancement work.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes and their impact across business functions.
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• At least two years of application, service desk, or post-implementation support experience in a client-facing environment.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice to have

• Current or prior Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 application support experience, including issue intake, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution in a client-facing environment.
