D365 F&O Support Consultant (Finance)

Location: Remote; US Citizen or Green Card holder required

Base compensation: $62,466.25–$145,789.00 annually, with reference points at $104,127.63

What you will do

• Provide post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and earlier Microsoft Dynamics AX versions.
• Investigate and resolve client issues while supporting improvements to system performance, usability, and business processes.
• Coordinate the transition from implementation delivery to ongoing client support with consulting teams.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, client, and internal stakeholders to diagnose issues, gather requirements, and coordinate solutions.
• Create functional design specifications, support documentation, and end-user materials.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and other delivery tools to document and track support and enhancement work.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes, including how activities and decisions affect multiple business functions.
• Two to four years of functional consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• At least two years of application, service desk, or post-implementation support experience in a client-facing environment.
• US citizenship or Green Card status.

• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, integrity, follow-through, and ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Current or prior Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 application support experience involving issue intake, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution in a client-facing environment.
