Intermediate Agile Delivery Manager

Location: United Kingdom; candidates must be within reasonable travelling distance of a hirify.global office and be open to working at a hirify.global or client site at least 2 days per week. Offices are located in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London and Bristol. Relocation support of up to £8,000 is available.

What you will do

• Build and maintain motivated, effective multidisciplinary delivery teams on client engagements.
• Embed agile ways of working and facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and show and tells.
• Identify obstacles, track risks and dependencies, and help teams focus on delivery priorities.
• Encourage continuous improvement and coach team members on appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital projects in agile teams.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile and Scrum working practices, including Scrum and Lean.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of different configurations and sizes.
• Knowledge and experience using collaboration and project management tools.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work within reasonable travelling distance of a hirify.global office and at hirify.global or client sites at least 2 days per week.
