Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Location: United Kingdom; candidates must be within reasonable travelling distance of a hirify.global office and be open to working at a hirify.global or client site at least 2 days per week. Offices are located in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London, and Bristol. Relocation support of up to £8,000 is available.

What you will do

• Build and maintain motivated, effective multidisciplinary teams across consultancy and client environments.
• Identify obstacles and help teams overcome them while tracking risks and dependencies.
• Help teams prioritise and deliver digital products or services.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, show and tells, and other delivery ceremonies.
• Encourage continuous improvement and coach team members in agile and lean tools and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex digital projects.
• Experience with agile project management and working practices, including Scrum, Lean, DSDM, or APMG.
• Experience leading teams of different configurations and sizes, including fully resourced consultancy teams and hybrid consultancy/client teams.
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivery and the ability to lead people and teams.
