Backend Developer (.NET Core) (AI)

Location: Paris; hybrid workplace with up to 2 days at home

What you will do

• Develop new and redesign existing features for the Post Sales product, covering member data and settings, order delivery tracking, and support questions.
• Suggest product and technical improvements while keeping code clean and reviewing team members’ designs and merge requests.
• Ensure application reliability and scalability through testing, monitoring dashboards and logs, and production support.
• Deploy to production using pipelines and respect delivery deadlines.
• Write technical documentation and conduct technical interviews with prospective developers.
• Collaborate with the Post Sales team in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Proficiency with MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Daily use of AI and experience building Agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud programming tools and willingness to extend cloud knowledge.
• Experience building APIs or other web services.
• Experience assuring code quality with unit and integration tests.
• Fluent English, agile experience, and a result- and product-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Front-end experience, preferably with JavaScript.
• Experience coordinating small teams of developers.
• Open-source contribution experience.
