Senior Sales Executive DACH - Capital Markets

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid setup with weekly travel across the DACH region

What you will do

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product Management, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Represent hirify.global with senior stakeholders, at industry conferences, and in client meetings across the region.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Capital Markets sales within Financial Institutions or Corporates.
• Industry knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: Agency or Principal Trading, Post-Trade Processing, Securities Financing, SWIFT, Reconciliations, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Fluent German and English.
• Based in Frankfurt and flexible for weekly travel.
• Ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver results.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
