What you will do

• Lead projects to enhance the automation capabilities of DocAuto software, ensuring codebase extensibility and maintainability.
• Guide junior developers in the implementation of automated solutions and the understanding of client product suites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with their senior leadership.
• Interpret complex financial products and client requirements to align them with existing platforms.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues from junior to executive levels to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial markets or automated SaaS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets or a deep interest in technical coding.
• Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a STEM field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an investment bank or similar financial institution.
• Professional experience with equity derivatives or Structured Products.
• Experience working within an AGILE framework.
