Financial Analyst, Equity

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct complex financial analysis supporting equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations for management, senior leadership, and equity holders.
• Maintain accurate equity records, support equity administration, and prepare or review financial statements and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders, and handle day-to-day equity-related requests.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
• Knowledge of contracts and legal and financial concepts supporting business and equity-related initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, for presentations and professional communications.

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
