What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing by providing financial analysis, commercial guidance, customer understanding, and profitability insights.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan activities, and month-end close processes.
• Pull and structure large datasets and analyze revenue drivers including price, volume, and mix.
• Manage commercial performance reporting and use business intelligence tools to answer ad-hoc financial requests.
• Build financial models and analytics tools that explain business drivers and support profitable decision-making.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance while supporting compliance, audit activities, variance analysis, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience are required.
• Manufacturing or commercial environment experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to build robust, dynamic financial models that clearly communicate financial information to business stakeholders.
• Expert-level hands-on proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and large dataset management.
• Strong collaboration skills and superior communication skills for explaining financial results, variance drivers, and strategic opportunities.
• Initiative to drive automation, learn and adopt AI tools, and continuously optimize processes to produce actionable insights.
• Work is based in Mentor, Ohio, with hybrid work flexibility available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EBS/R12, Salesforce, Pricefx, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OAC).
