Head of Investor Relations

What you will do

• Define and execute the investor relations strategy and build a financially grounded investment narrative aligned with business priorities and long-term value creation.
• Partner with the CFO, CEO, business unit leaders, Corporate Finance, FP&A, and finance teams to analyze performance, forecasts, KPIs, revenue, margins, cash flow, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, Apollo Global Management, and its Capital Markets team; interpret analyst models, estimates, valuation assumptions, and market feedback.
• Lead quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, call scripts, executive messaging, Q&A preparation, roadshows, and preparation for investor and analyst engagements.
• Monitor analyst estimates, stock performance, shareholder activity, market trends, and investor sentiment; conduct peer benchmarking and valuation comparisons.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications on SEC disclosures, public company reporting, Regulation FD compliance, and consistent external messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or related roles, including meaningful hands-on FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, financial statement analysis, and understanding of revenue, margin, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Ability to partner with business unit finance leaders, challenge assumptions, interpret operating KPIs, and turn complex results into actionable insights about consolidated financial performance.
• Experience in investor relations, capital markets, equity research, investment banking, or financial communications, ideally in public technology.
• Familiarity with institutional investors, analyst models, quarterly earnings, investor presentations, and market expectations.
• Working knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements, Regulation FD, and public company governance.
• Analytical and commercially minded executive with the ability to move between detailed financial models and investor-facing narratives.
• Exceptional executive presence, financial storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative strategic thinker able to influence Finance, business unit leadership, and senior executives without direct authority, with sound judgment, curiosity, and a deep understanding of business performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
