Team Lead Electronics Manufacturing

What you will do

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for an electronics manufacturing team focused on PCB assembly, electronics integration, and cable harness manufacturing.
• Plan personnel deployment and manufacturing resources based on delivery dates, capacities, and priorities, and contribute to medium- and long-term capacity planning.
• Support internal and external manufacturing projects from the planning and preparation phase with manufacturing expertise.
• Ensure compliance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-61C and other quality, manufacturing, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements, including maintenance of relevant ECSS certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement, modernization, digitalization, new manufacturing methods, technologies, and automation solutions.
• Develop employees technically and personally and support the development of future team competencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field, or alternatively qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson with many years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience planning, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of and experience with relevant standards and norms, ideally ECSS or IPC.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness, with a structured and solution-oriented working style.

• Initial or several years of technical and/or disciplinary leadership experience.
