Electronic PCB CAD Designer (E-Mobility)

Total compensation: starting from €45,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement. Final compensation may vary according to experience, qualifications, skills, responsibilities, location, and local market conditions.

What you will do

• Design and develop PCB layouts for digital electronics and power electronics applications.
• Create and maintain CAD library components, including schematic symbols and footprints.
• Provide consultation, supervision, and quality control throughout production development and the product development process.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation for printed circuit boards and PCB assembly.
• Analyse PCB-related issues and provide technical guidance to other departments involved in development.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work accurately and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, plus Italian and/or German.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD tools such as PADS, Expedition, or Altium.
• Experience with PLM systems.
