Sr. IT Support Analyst III (MORNINGS | FRI-MON) (Healthcare IT)

Location: Remote; morning schedule, Friday–Monday

Salary: $68,000–$90,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Provide advanced IT support to end users through chat across hardware, software, network connectivity, and clinical applications supporting radiology services.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and clinical IT systems, escalating high-priority incidents when needed.
• Support radiologists and clinical teams during planned and unplanned downtime to maintain communication and operational continuity.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, maintain documentation, and contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Serve as an escalation point during on-call periods, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with IT teams on support quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology, including technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency, plus knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, and voice recognition systems.
• Understanding of radiology workflows, digital imaging modalities, and DICOM functionality.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting supported technology.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to support radiologists and clinical users professionally.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
