What you will do

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to lower-level IT support staff.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructure.
• Automate IT operations and support processes to improve efficiency.
• Research and implement technologies that enhance IT service delivery.
• Document technical processes and solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT technical support role, ideally in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
• Expertise in network administration, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL.
