Endpoint Engineer I (JAMF & Mac Experience Required)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex desktop, endpoint, and mobile device support issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Azure Active Directory, WSUS, and JAMF.
• Package, test, deploy, and maintain applications, operating systems, software updates, device policies, and endpoint configurations across Windows, Mac, and mobile environments.
• Manage corporate and BYOD devices, including support, troubleshooting, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate user needs, recommend cost-effective technology solutions, create technical documentation, and follow change management processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting a system with 100 or more users. Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Required experience with JAMF and Mac.
• Advanced expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows desktop/server administration, and enterprise endpoint support.
• Strong knowledge of networking and remote connectivity, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and troubleshooting distributed environments.
• Experience managing security technologies and IT operations, including firewalls, antivirus, antispam solutions, help desk ticketing systems, and customer service delivery.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
