Manager - Modern Endpoint Management

Location: Hybrid; required to report to the Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX office.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise endpoint strategy, governance frameworks, policies, standards, and roadmaps across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Lead device lifecycle management from procurement, provisioning, deployment, and support through refresh and retirement.
• Design zero-touch provisioning workflows using Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment, and Android Enterprise.
• Manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, application deployment rings, encryption, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention.
• Package and deploy applications through UEM platforms, manage MAM policies for BYOD, and automate application delivery workflows.
• Provide Tier 3 support and technical leadership, manage KPIs and SLAs, oversee carrier and vendor relationships, and lead endpoint modernization projects with security, infrastructure, and identity teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency with UEM and MDM platforms, including Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar endpoint management solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows deployment, patching, Windows Autopilot, and operating system environments including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills for endpoint management and operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of iOS/iPadOS, Android, and macOS management.
• Advanced project coordination, stakeholder management, project scheduling, communication, operational reporting, analytics, and performance metrics skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management, change management, governance frameworks, lifecycle management, and operational processes.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus 5+ years of IT Operations experience focused on endpoint and device management.
• Strong enterprise endpoint security and identity management knowledge, including Entra ID (Azure AD), network integration, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and mobile carrier management with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects and modern endpoint management migrations; ability to assess risk, prioritize initiatives, and execute in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to travel 20%.

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Experience with KPI reporting and analytics tools such as ServiceNow and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and mobile threat defense solutions.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
